Pan-Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Glaze

Spring means fresh asparagus! One of the easiest ways to make it is to simply pan-roast it in clarified butter and top with whatever flavor strikes your fancy. We love balsamic glaze on it and a dash of salt and pepper.

1 bunch fresh asparagus

1 1/2 tbsp EatLuv clarified butter

1 tsp organic balsamic vinegar glaze (can substitute with balsamic vinegar)

salt and pepper, to taste


11. Wash and dry asparagus. Trim the ends if necessary.

22. Melt clarified butter and use a spatula to coat the bottom of the pan.

33. Add the asparagus in a single layer on medium-high heat and cook for about 8 minutes, tossing every few minutes to coat with the butter and allow the asparagus to brown on all sides.

44. Drizzle balsamic vinegar glaze on top and stir to coat.

55. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
